Information We Access

Relistify only accesses website content on Facebook Marketplace pages that you visit, specifically:

• Your own marketplace listing information (titles, descriptions, prices, photos)
• Listing videos, pickup/shipping settings, location, and eligible Facebook Groups
• Listing metadata required for relisting functionality
• Extension preferences and settings stored locally in your browser

Relistify never asks for or stores your Facebook password. It uses your existing signed-in Facebook session and temporarily caches the session token needed to perform user-initiated Marketplace operations.

How We Use Information

• To recreate your Facebook Marketplace listings when you click Relist — this happens entirely in your browser
• To store your extension preferences locally
• To manage your subscription through ExtPay
• To diagnose crashes and errors through automated error reports

Data Storage and Security

Your listing content is primarily processed locally in your browser. Settings, selected groups, a short-lived listing cache, and short-lived Facebook session data are stored locally. The Facebook session token is sent only to Facebook. Three limited categories of data leave your browser:

• Payments: subscription status and the email you provide are handled by ExtPay / Stripe.
• Error reports: if the extension hits an error, a technical report (error message, extension version, a random anonymous install ID) is sent to Sentry, our error-monitoring service. These reports are configured to exclude personal information such as your IP-derived identity, name, or listing content wherever possible, and are used only to fix bugs.
• Operational relist telemetry: relist success/failure information is sent to our Supabase database. It may include a random install ID, old and new Facebook listing IDs, listing title, price-drop amount, extension version, subscription status, account email when available, and an error message. We use this data to operate, support, and improve Relistify.

• Supabase (supabase.com) — storage of operational relist telemetry used for product operation and support.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Your marketplace listing information is only used for the extension's core functionality.
